[UPDATED:] Orange County Issues Emergency Storm Warning

UPDATE: The county has updated the warning on the next page, adding PCH is closed to southbound traffic between Warner Avenue and Seapoint, and the Orange County Sheriff's Department is investigating property damage in Emerald Bay.

The County Emergency Operations Center says to prepare for the worst of this week's storms and to call its hotline with any questions.

Here are some:

* Do I have to pay for the car wash the semi just coated my Ford Focus with?

* Will acid in the rain damage my Ford Focus' rust spots?

* Will I need a boat license to sail my Ford Focus back home today?
