Joseph Carillo takes the prize for this week's ugliest police mug shot. But even uglier are the crimes the 23-year-old is accused of having committed.
Working in concert with authorities from the States, Baja California State Police in Mexicali captured the California native on Nov. 22.
He was wanted for three Long Beach area homicides.

He also had multiple outstanding warrants for everything from drug and weapons offenses to assault, armed robbery, car jacking, car theft and various gang related crimes.
