The county coroner is reaching out to the public to help find family members of Tuan Lac Phan.
The 49-year-old transient died at Garden Grove Hospital on Sept. 24.

A one-time resident of Texas known to frequent Garden Grove, Fountain Valley and Westminster, Phan had a disability and used a walker to move around.
He was Amerasian, 5-foot-5, 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
Anyone with information about him or his family is asked to contact the Orange County Sheriff's Department Coroner's Division at 714.647.7410 and reference case number 13-03833-RE.
