St. Patrick's Day Comes to Disneyland

Doing anything special this Saturday for St. Patrick's Day? If not, consider heading on down to the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort for a St. Patty's celebration that will make even the Irish green with envy.
Okay, that's probably a total stretch.
Let me put it to you this way: If you aren't already planning on getting shit-face drunk in a dingy hole-in-the-wall while a bunch of amateurs throw up all over the pool table, go to Downtown Disney!

Disneyland might not be the first place you think of when considering places to celebrate the second drunkest night in America (Arbor Day is first), but this year you just might want to leave it open as an option.
Three bars in Downtown Disney will be celebrating the luck of the Irish (or whatever) this Saturday with live music, corned beef and cabbage, pints of green beer, and maybe even an Irish jig or two.
Check out the details:
Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen – Celebrate with green beer and Executive Chef Darrin Finkel's corned beef and cabbage, and then relax with a delicious Irish coffee. Celebrate the Creole way with Kenny Sara and the Sounds of New Orleans performing 7-11 p.m. in the Flambeaux Room. Jazz Kitchen Express will also feature corned beef and cabbage slaw Po'boys.
Uva Bar – Enjoy Irish-inspired fare and fun with pints o' Irish beer and delectable pub-inspired menu items, including Guinness beer and Irish cheddar dip, potato leek soup, black-and-tan battered fish and chips, corned beef boxty, and a mouth-watering milk chocolate Guinness cake! Indulge in some tasty Irish drink specials such as Finian's “Five Provinces” whiskey, Redbreast pot still whiskey, Harp Draft, Murphy's Stout Can, and Murphy's Red Bottle.

So pull out your green clothes, pin on your “Kiss Me, I'm Hungarian (But That's Close Enough)” buttons, and grab your dwarf friend and head on down to Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort for what will probably wind up being one of the weirdest St. Patrick's Days you've ever celebrated.
Just don't get too drunk and then ride Mad Tea Party. That's an invitation to barf if ever there was one.
