The first clue something might be amiss with Russell Kraus at the La Bonita Skate Park next to the Boys and Girls Club of La Habra should have been obvious from just looking at the dude.
He's 49.

Police arrested Kraus at the skate park, where he had befriended riders he photographed, most especially the younger ones, reports KTLA/Channel 5 News.
A 15-year-old girl had called police after Kraus allegedly encouraged three boys to fight each other. A search of his Rancho Palos Verdes home is said to have uncovered a DVD case filed with videos of young boys and a book entitled Loving Boys, Volume 1. (“NAMBLA, white courtesy phone …”)
Turns out Krause is a registered sex offender, with the Megan's Law database indicating he was previously convicted of sodomy on a child under 14 and using a child in the production of obscene matter.
Now charged with three felony counts of child annoyance, Kraus is currently being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
