You were the young man in the white-paneled workers' truck on Lampson, turning left onto Valley View. I was the older woman in a red convertible who was trying to turn left. The road was being worked on, and I saw a sign that indicated I couldn't make a U-turn, but I didn't see anything that said I couldn't make a left turn. Yes, I was causing traffic to slow down, but I really don't think it justified you shouting at the top of your lungs out your window, "F-ing moron!" Did your mother teach you those words? Actually, I'm not a moron. I am college-educated, attended grad school, and raised two sons who would never call a woman an "f-ing moron!" That day, I was working as a hospice nurse and was on my way to see a person who is terminally ill. I don't know where you were going, but it seemed as though you'd just visited your meth dealer. How would you like someone to talk to your mother, sister, girlfriend or wife like that? Does causing a minor traffic jam actually warrant that kind of disrespect? And who is the real moron here?!
