A then-23-year-old patient at Western Med contacted police on July 30, 2010, to allege Nolan had fondled his genitals. Subsequent investigation turned up a man in his 20s who accused the licensed vocational nurse of sexually assaulted him at the hospital in June 2009.

Nolan was arrested on suspicion of felony sexual assault Aug. 18, 2010, at the hospital at 1025 S. Anaheim Blvd., Anaheim.

“Hopefully, justice can be served for those victims and their families,” someone close to a victim writes to the Weekly in an email.
