Real Housewives of Orange County Catches Former Angels Outfielder Jim Edmonds

Say it ain't so, Jimmy Baseball!

Former Angel and Big A centerfield wall imprint Jim Edmonds and his wife Megan King are bringing Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County to St. Louis, reports lalate.

Edmonds became a Cardinal after leaving the Halos, and he's now a St. Louis restaurant owner and Fox Sports Midwest broadcaster.

Actually, we would be applauding the Edmondses if the unreal reality show stayed in Missouri from now on, but alas it's just for some Season 10 segments. St. Louis sites, St. Louis celebrities and St. Louis anti-police fervor are promised. (OK, only two of those are promised.)

Years ago, Edmonds' second wife, Allison, was rumored to be joining RHOC, but Alexis Bellino got the gig.

So scoreboard for wifey No. 3 Meghan King Edmonds getting the Bravo cameras to come to her. She's joining returners Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Barney, Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador and Lizzie Rovsek–and possibly long-ago RHOC Jeana Keough, whose estranged husband Matt Keough pitched for the Oakland A's.

Speaking of baseball tie-in's, do you suppose the Edmondses are setting the RHOC table for the eventual addition of their pal Albert Pujols and his wife?

We can only pray.
