Comment by oc4truth: Sad story, but I'm surprised we don't read about more crashes like this ... the driver that clipped Mrs. Mancinas vehicle has a foreign sounding name. Don't know where he learned to drive, but if he learned to drive in another country he may have learned more of a semi-kamikaze seeming type of driving that is practiced in some other countries.

Editor's Note: These Register readers and others quickly took note that the driver at fault in the crash is of Asian descent and expounded on the stereotype that Asians can't drive. The website mentioned by cisco1 is a California Highway Patrol Asian-Pacific Islander outreach program that notes that automobile collisions are the leading cause of death of Asian-Americans between 14 and 34.
