Tuesday was Laguna Niguel attorney/dentist/real-estate saleswoman Orly Taitz's birthday.
But the Queen of the Birthers did not like the “present” she received from Royce C. Lamberth.
The U.S. District Court judge in Washington, D.C., yesterday denied every one of Taitz's motions in her case that aims to prove President Barack Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security number.

Her attempt to gather all documents the Social Security Administration (SSA) has on Obama under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) was DENIED because she presented no evidence showing public interest trumps the individual's right to privacy.
Her attempt to have the SSA's answer to her amended complaint stricken because it came 20 days late was DENIED because she is not entitled to a default judgment under federal law and, furthermore, default judgments are generally reserved for unresponsive parties, not late ones.
Her request for clarification of the court's order to redact Social Security numbers in her complaint is DENIED because the point is moot: she already filed a redacted complaint and amended complaint.
Her attempt to have the court order Hawaii's Director of Health turn over Obama's original, 1961 long-form birth certificate is DENIED. “The requested birth certificate has nothing to do with this case, which relates to plaintiff's FOIA request for various documents in the possession of the SSA, Lamberth writes. “Inspection of the birth certificate would resolve none of the issues before this court.”

“Every birthday for the last 2-3 years I get garbage presents from the
regime,” Taitz laments on her craze-site. “Oh, well. we know, who we are fighting, we knew they will play
this game.”
Unfortunately, this latest in a long, long, long list of legal setbacks is not deterring the Queen of the Birthers from fighting on.
“I was prepared, as I was prepared to the stonewalling in HI,” she continues defiantly. “New moves are coming, new earth shattering evidence is coming, Obama
and his regime will not come out of this smelling like a rose. . . . stay tuned . . .”
