In the world of dentistry during the 1920s, Harvey A. Stryker of SanTana was a bit of a superstar. His articles on the science of orthodontics appeared in the International Journal of Orthodontia, Oral Surgery and Radiography, The Journal of the National Dental Association, and the American Journal of Orthodontics. The names of the articles? Wish I knew–don't have my online subscription to the Elsevier archives anymore…come to think of it, I never did.
But fact is, Stryker was a stud. He had his offices in the Spurgeon Building in downtown, meaning most of SanTana in the 1920s and 1930s went to him for their tooth needs. And more of a few of them went to hang out with him because he was a Klan member.

Stryker is just the latest OC Klan member I've unearthed who was a dentist–as I've noted before, it seems the top three professions for the Klan were oil workers from Brea, ministers from across OC, and dentists in SanTana. Wonder why SanTana's Mexi kids have such bad teeth? Because they're scared of the Klan dentistas who influenced the past…oh, and all that lead-coated candy haha.
