The Orange County Sheriff's Department is reaching out to the public to help find a man who robbed and roughed up an 88-year-old woman who'd returned to her Tustin area home after making a bank withdrawal on Nov. 22. He is described as a clean-cut Hispanic, 5-foot-6, 150 lbs. with short black hair. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a gray sweatshirt with three dark stripes on the sleeves and one horizontal dark stripe on the chest. He wore a collared shirt under his sweatshirt.

A short time after the elderly women withdrew $2,400 from inside the Wells Fargo at Newport Avenue and Fourth Street in Tustin around 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22, she drove back to her home in an unincorporated area of Tustin.
