Blow jobs from Newport Beach prostitutes reportedly can cost as much as $500, but 28 miles inland in Nadya Suleman's La Habra street hookers apparently have been willing to provide oral copulation services for just $7.50.
That fact emerged in the Orange County criminal case of addiction specialist Phillip Marquez Blanco, who in July 2007, saw a young female hooker walking on Whittier Boulevard and, in a bank parking lot in the middle of the day, got two blow jobs for $15 inside his SUV, according to court records.

Unfortunately for Blanco, an off-duty fire fighter saw the conduct and
notified police, who made an arrest of the 46-year-old man.
Blanco, a resident of Anaheim,
eventually pleaded guilty to engaging in unlawful sex with a minor–the
girl had been just 15 years old. Superior Court Judge Richard Stanford, Jr.
accepted the plea in March 2010, but the defendant later changed his
mind and sought to overturn it. He claimed he was unaware that he'd have
to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life in addition to a
180-day jail sentence.
Stanford said too bad and Blanco appealed.
This week, a California Court of Appeal based in Santa Ana considered and rejected Blanco's argument.
It
really wasn't a difficult decision. The justices noted that the
defendant had initialed this statement on his plea form: “I understand I
will have to register [as a sex offender] for the rest of my life if I
work, attend school or reside in California.”
Upshot: Blanco
won't ever be allowed to live within 2,000 feet of a school or public
park or anywhere near places where children regularly gather.
