A group of female students were practicing tennis on the courts at Corona del Mar High School just before 3 p.m. on Oct. 25, when a man facing the girls was getting lewd, according to the Newport Beach Police Department.
Campus security chased the dude but he got away, but police have somehow concluded he was 38-year-old Joshua Joseph Koon, now a wanted man.

On Nov. 6, Newport Beach Police detectives obtained a $15,000 misdemeanor warrant for Koon's arrest for violation of lewd conduct in public, according to a statement from Jennifer Manzella, the agency's spokeswoman.
Here is another look at him:
He's described as white, 5-foot-7, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He drives two different vehicles:
Anyone with information on Koon's whereabouts is asked to call Detective Peter Carpentieri at 949.644.3772, Detective Sergeant Doug Jones at 949.644.3775 or the Police Department's Hotline at 1.800.550.NBPD. Messages can be left anonymously.
