A youth soccer referee who pleaded guilty last month to molesting two teen boys and giving a 10-year-old boy a sexy massage was sentenced today to five years in state prison and a lifetime as a registered sex offender.
Jorge Diosdado Serafin, 31, of Anaheim, copped on Oct. 15 to three felony counts of oral copulation of a minor under 16 years old, one felony count of lewd act on a child, and one felony count of lewd act on a child under 14 years old.

The victims were not related to Serafin's role as a referee for Oakview Soccer League in Huntington Beach.
In October 2012, he hooked up via Facebook with a 15-year-old boy he knew before and–in his apartment complex's parking lot, gave the boy oral on one occasion and received oral on a second one between Nov. 1-30, 2012.
This past Jan. 10, Serafin invited a 14-year-old from his neighborhood over to use a computer in his apartment and then touched the boy sexually. Later in the day, Serafin massaged the bare back of the 10-year-old, another neighborhood boy invited into the apartment.
What happened to the 15-year-old, he told the court today, “will affect me for rest of my life. I will always know in the back of my head what occurred during those incidents and for what reason. But there is one thing I do know, what happened that day was not my fault.”
