If found guilty of the original charges filed against him, Elliott would have been open to up to eight years in state prison, according to a previous Orange County District Attorney's office statement.

Besides the jail time, the judge ordered Elliott to spend three years on probation, to register as a sex offender and to never have contact with the victims.

Elliott worked at the Seal Beach Massage Envy from August
2009 to April 2010. He sexually assaulted three women in September and November of 2009 and
April of 2010. The woman assaulted in November
'09 contacted Seal Beach police, who launched an investigation that
produced the other allegations. Elliott was arrested on July 8, 2011.

Fired after the allegations first surfaced, Elliott was later informed he was stripped of his certification from the California Massage Therapy Council.
