Jason "Mayhem" Miller of MMA Fame Faces Misdemeanors for Naked Church Romp
Jason "Mayhem" Miller is facing misdemeanor vandalism charges for the mixed martial arts warrior-turned-commentator and Twitter warrior's alleged naked romp through Mission Hills Church near his Mission Viejo home.
The 31-year-old is due in court on Nov. 21 to answer to charges he caused $400 in damage.
A pastor arrived at the church the morning of Aug. 13 to find a board over a broke window had been removed, several books and CDs had been scattered on the first floor inside and a first and second floor coated with fire extinguisher residue.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD) was summoned around 9 a.m., and responding deputies conducted a search that culminated in finding Miller on a couch, buck naked. He was arrested on suspicion of burglary and held for mental observation, the sheriff's department reported at the time.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound brawler fought for UFC, Strikeforce and WFA, and has trained at the Reign Training Center in Lake Forest and Kings MMA in Huntington Beach. Most of his work of late had been behind the mic on Sirius satellite radio's The Jason Ellis Show and ringside with Michael Schiavello announcing King of the Cage matches. He also hosted Bully Beatdown on MTV and MTV2.
Days before his arrest, he had engaged in a Twitter war with UFC president Dana White.
In other local MMA mayhem news, fighter Ian "Uncle Creepy" McCall was recently released from the Orange County jail holding him for outstanding warrants.
