Irvine Rents Nearly Double Those in Paris, So Let’s Compare the Cities

The average monthly rent in Irvine is nearly twice what it is in Paris, according to a recent study.

RENTCafé found Paris’ average monthly rent is equivalent to $1,156, compared to $2,225 a month in Irvine.

Keep in mind the average apartment size in the French capital is no more than 334 square feet, while it is 916 square feet in Irvine.
