I think the only good thing to come out of the Great Park is the proposal to reopen Wild Rivers there. Everything else has been one giant mess of accusations, counter-accusations, counter-counter accusations, and a bunch of money being blown on…a giant balloon?
Now, of course, as Mox detailed last week, depositions are emerging from an audit commissioned by the current Irvine city council, depositions that the previous Irvine council majority under Larry Agran say are politically motivated because nothing he ever did was politically motivated. This mess of a mess was the subject of my latest KCRW-FM 89.9 “Orange County Line” commentary this past Monday.
