German Bravo DeJesus, who was convicted in May of touching the vaginal areas of a 7-year-old visiting a family member at the Laguna Woods healthcare facility the creeper worked at and a 6-year-old attending movie night at an Aliso Viejo park, has been sentenced to 15 years to life in state prison.
The 34-year-old Lake Forest man was facing a maximum sentence of 45 years to life Friday.

The night of July 8, 2011, DeJesus walked up to the 6-year-old girl he did not know in Grand Park (and only 10 feet from her father). DeJesus asked her age, put his hands down her pants and touched her vagina before fleeing. The father flagged down a sheriff's deputy, and DeJesus was quickly arrested.
Further investigation revealed the 7-year-old was with another relative close to her age in a waiting room at the Palm Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center where he worked on Jan. 17, 2009. DeJesus walked up and asked the girl how old she was before reaching down and touching her crotch over her clothing before walking away. He would return a short time later, touch her privates again and leave.
A jury on May 15 found DeJesus guilty of three felony counts of lewd acts with a minor under 14 and sentencing enhancement allegations for multiple victims and substantial sexual conduct with a child.

Besides the prison time, DeJesus was ordered Friday to register as a sex offender for life.
