Beginning March 1, the city will levy $1,000 fines against offenders under a recently expanded administrative
citation process in Garden Grove “aimed at combating graffiti vandalism and increasing
compliance to the City's Municipal Code.”
Officials are scheduled to brief media about the policy at a 9 a.m. news conference at Garden
Grove City Hall.
