A juvenile has been arrested and a second person is being sought in the apparent gang-related fatal shooting of a Santa Ana 16-year-old.
Erik Rojas Martinez was found shot multiple times in the upper torso in the 1900 block of South Cedar Street about 3:45 p.m. Friday.

Police had been called to the neighborhood by reports of gunfire. Martinez was taken to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana, where he was pronounced dead.
Before announcing an arrest had been made, police said they were seeking two Latinos and a black, semi-automatic handgun believed to be the murder weapon. It was apparently fired from about 40 yards away from the teen.
