You may know Lloyd Dangle from the packaging of such popular consumer products as Airborne (the fizzy—i.e., “effervescent”—anti-viral stuff available at Trader Joe's) or from “Troubletown,” his vicious—but funny!—weekly strip that runs in this very paper. But we knew him back when we were working at a conservative business publication, and only slowly, tentatively became aware of his left-leaning politics. And then we loved him. From the Weekly's first year, Dangle has drawn his strip for us, has rendered stinging caricatures (our favorite may be his take on bitter, frustrated ex-congressman Robert K.
