Cops Seek Douche Who Stole Purse from Lady in Wheelchair and the Hero Who Returned It

The Anaheim Police Department is seeking two men (well, two in this particular case): one who snatched a purse and another who returned the handbag to the wheelchair-bound, 39-year-old woman who owns it.

This is the result of an incident that went down around 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, under the 91 freeway overpass at Acacia Street.

The woman was traveling north on Acacia in her chair when a stranger approached her from behind, snatched the purse and ran away as the victim screamed.

A man driving by in a white pick-up truck chased the purse thief. A few moments later, he returned and handed the woman her purse.

Anaheim Police robbery detectives want to talk with both men: the Good Samaritan, so he can be recognized for his efforts, and the purse snatcher, so he can be recognized for his douchery.

The good guy is described as white and 50 years old with gray hair and a gray mustache. The bad guy is described as African American and about 22 years-old with a thin build. Doesn't really narrow it down much for either dude, does it?
