Here's something all sides can finally blame on Obama: snarled traffic in parts of Orange County on Saturday morning and early afternoon.

The Anaheim, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach police departments whipped up this rundown of what's in store during the president's visit to Laguna Beach for a fundraiser and speech to UC Irvine grads at Angels Stadium:
-From 8:30 to 8:50 a.m., Pacific Coast Highway will be closed in both directions between Newport Coast Drive in Newport Beach to Ledroit Street in Laguna Beach.
-From 10 to 10:20 a.m., the same stretch of PCH will be closed again.
-From 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Katella Avenue and Douglas Road will be closed in Anaheim.
-From 1 to 1:10 p.m., the Orange (57) Freeway will be closed in both directions at Katella Avenue.
Got questions? The cops say to direct them to the Secret Service. Of course, these days, the government probably knows you are calling them before you do.
As we previously reported, the presidential swing through Southern California is bookended by visits to the Coachella Valley.

This trip has not impacted LAX or John Wayne Airport as Obama is to have been flown in and out of Orange County via the Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base.
