As the Octomom World Turns

Monday was a busy day on Planet Octomom.

Nadya Suleman's fertility doctor, who may lose his medical license,
announced he's seeking records from her other physicians, Suleman's
landlord began foreclosure proceedings on her La Habra home, and Suleman
announced via video she will not accept a $500,000 offer to do porn to raise cash.

“I'll do whatever I can to save my home as long as I'm fully clothed,” Suleman informed a thankful porn viewing public.

Dr. Michael Kamrava, who helped Suleman deliver six babies while she was under his care from 2001 to '06, later performed in-vitro fertilization procedures that resulted in her giving birth to octuplets last year. The state medical board has begun license revocation procedures against the Beverly Hills doctor over “gross negligence” allegations that include his failing to advise the single mother of six to seek psychological help before he implanted more embryos in her womb.

Octomom Nadya Suleman previously hung this poster to raise funds to stay in her La Habra home.

The medical facilities targeted by Kamrava deny having any records on Suleman, but his lawyer accused them of lying. Meanwhile, Octomom's lawyer and holder of her mortgage, Jeff Czech, wants to protect the identity of his client's sperm donor amid any legal fishing expedition through her medical records.

RadarOnline.com has the scoop on Kamrava's legal move here and the latest foreclosure threat here.

“I'm kicking her out. That's it. I'm kicking her out because she can't stay in my house if she's not paying,” deed owner Amir Haddadin reportedly told the gossip site in the wake of his beginning the foreclosure process.

He said Suleman owes him $7,560 for back payments stemming from May to August, and she has not yet paid for September either. The monthly mortgage payment on her La Habra home is $4,060, but Haddadin claims since May he's only received checks totalling $3,185. She has a $450,000 balloon payment due on Oct. 9.

“I'm sick of this,” Haddadin said. “She is taking advantage of me. I asked her attorney Jeff to get me my money and he said, 'Nadya has no money. You're going to have to put up the money yourself'.”

For what it's worth, Octomom does not sound too worked up about the walls caving in, reportedly telling Radar, “It
takes a couple of months or a few months to be really in default
through the bank, so it takes time and in
those few months I'll find a way to secure money to pay off the
mortgage.”

She and her 14 kids have been here before, after all, nearly being evicted by Haddadin in April. She got some quick cash by agreeing to hang a spade-and-neutering banner from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) banner on her house.

Around the same time PETA made its offer, Vivid Entertainment offered Suleman half a million dollars to appear in one of its X-rated productions. She flatly refused at the time. With her current financial problems, Vivid made the offer again. This time Octomom vowed to keep her clothes on to raise money, which isn't exactly a “no,” come to think of it. Quick, somebody name a porn scene involving a clothed woman, besides Monica Lewinsky.

Meanwhile, Haddadin tells Radar he believes Suleman is hiding money. Insert your own joke on where that cavernous secret hiding place might be.

No fair peeking, Vivid.
