Arrested Development, one of the funniest television shows of all time, and the single greatest documentary EVER about this wild, crazy land of ours, is returning May 26 via Netflix. Announcement came out today and is spreading like wildfire.
We here at the Weekly just blue ourselves in giddiness.
All 15 new episodes will be released at once, and no doubt cut up into YouTube segments by fans within hours...or....WILL THEY?
Okay, no more inside jokes.
The only other thing we can add was that the Weekly liked Arrested Development long before it became cool to like them--oh, and one time, when David Cross was part of a Patton Oswalt benefit show at Detroit Bar, a friend yelled, "I LOVE YOU, TOBIAS!"
His response? "That imaginary character loves you, too." GANGSTA!
