Arman Lotfi Accused of Being Tustin Ranch Golf Course Wedding Crasher Who Took Gift Box

Police have made an arrest in the Oct. 4 theft of a box that presumably held wedding cards, cash and gift cards at a Tustin Ranch Golf Course reception–presumably because detectives say they found “evidence” related to the crime at the suspect's residence but nothing of monetary value.

Arman Lotfi, a 27-year-old who resides in an unincorporated area of Santa Ana, faces charges of burglary and grand theft.

Police had publicized images pulled from surveillance video at the Tustin Ranch clubhouse that Lotfi is alleged to have entered around 4:45 p.m. on the day of the theft.

Detectives later obtained arrest and search warrants for Lotfi and his residence. He was popped on Wednesday at his residence and arrested without incident, according to a Tustin PD statement.
