Anyone Know the Dude Who Jumped to His Death from 405 Freeway Overpass Last Night?
The Westminster Police Department is reaching out to the public in hopes of identifying a man who jumped to his death from the Magnolia Street overcrossing and onto the northbound 405 freeway last night.
The suicide was reported at 7:36 p.m. Sunday, according to Westminster Police Sgt. Michael S. Chapman.
Described as Asian, age 25-30 and having short black hair, the man had no identification on him, Chapman reportedly told City News Service.
"The victim was found in the roadway by a passing motorist," added Chapman, who noted the leap briefly closed the San Diego Freeway as the California Highway Patrol assisted in the investigation.
