The Orange County District Attorney's office has filed felony rape charges against a San Clemente "spiritual cleanser" who rubbed raw eggs over a nearly nude woman to release "negative vibes" before fondling, strangling, threatening, raping and orally copulating her.
Alberto Flores Ramirez, 36, faces 12 years in state prison if he is convicted of the charges.
Ramirez met the 33-year-old woman online and got together with her April 3 at a Santa Ana McDonald's. He is accused of telling the unidentified mother he could help bring her children to California from Mexico if she allowed him to perform the cleansing to remove the bad vibes.
He is then accused of driving her to a Santa Ana motel, where he had the woman undress. She stripped down to her bra and panties and reclined on the bed before Ramirez allegedly broke out the raw eggs. When the treatment shifted from cleansing to fondling, the woman tried to cover herself with the bed's comforter, according to authorities.

That is when, prosecutors alleged, Ramirez jumped on top of the woman, fingered her and began choking her as she tried to break free. He is then accused of threatening her to stop fighting him off. Ramirez went on to force her to engage in oral sex and forcibly raped her, the DA claims in a statement.
Afterward, Ramirez is said to have driven the woman back to her car. She drove off and called 9-1-1, which eventually led to a Santa Ana Police investigation. On Tuesday, Ramirez thought he was driving to a Santa Ana parking lot to meet up with the woman again, but he was greeted by cops who arrested him.
He is charged with one felony count each of forcible rape, forcible oral copulation, and sexual penetration by foreign object by force. He was held on $100,000 bail and is expected to be arraigned today.
