Alberto Colondres I.D.'d as Fullerton Man Found Stabbed to Death in Orange: Update

UPDATE, NOV. 12, 1:41 P.M.: The man found stabbed to death in Orange Saturday has been identified by the county coroner as Alberto Colondres, 23, of Fullerton, according to sheriff's Lt. Jeff Hallock.

ORIGINAL POST, NOV. 9, 9:58 A.M.: A 23-year-old Fullerton man was stabbed to death in Orange, according to a police lieutenant who identified the victim only as a gang member.

Orange Police got a disturbance call around 9 p.m. Saturday that sent officers to the 1800 block of East Grove Avenue, where the victim was found suffering from several stab wounds, according to Lt. Fred Lopez.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, Lopez said. The coroner's office has not yet released the victim's identity.

Whoever stabbed him fled before officers arrived. Orange Police ask anyone with helpful information to call 714.744.7444.
