A 96-year-old Laguna Woods man allegedly dropped his adult diaper and stroked himself in front of an 11-year-old girl, prosecutors claim in court documents that also accuse the defendant of molesting a second girl who, like the first, he was acquainted with.
Kenneth Leroy Collins, who is being held on $1 million bail, is scheduled to be arraigned Friday on four felony counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under 14, with sentencing enhancement allegations for committing lewd acts against multiple victims and substantial sexual conduct with a child, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s office.
The maximum sentence if convicted on those counts is 60 years to life—which would mean Collins would be age 156 before he could get a parole hearing.
The alleged incidents occurred in January and February with the girls who were not related to him but did often visit Collins at his home, according to court records that spoil the notion of a Hollywood sequel titled Dirty Great-Grandpa.
Collins is accused of touching the 10-year-old’s vagina, buttocks, and breasts. Besides the attempted masturbation in front of the 11-year-old, Collins is alleged to have of touched the 11-year-old’s buttocks and asking her to remove her clothes. He made sexually explicit gestures including with his tongue to both victims, prosecutors claim.
