3 Adults and a Juvie Held in Santa Ana Gang Attack That Left 14 y.o. Boy Fatally Stabbed

ORIGINAL POST, JUNE 24, 9:12 A.M.: A 14-year-old boy died early Saturday from stab wounds he suffered hours hours earlier at the hands of gang members, according to Santa Ana Police.

The search continued through this morning for the unidentified teen's killers, who have only been described as several males.

Cops got the call around 7:20 p.m. of a stabbing in the 600 block of South Townsend Street, Santa Ana, where arriving officers found the 14-year-old with multiple stab wounds to his upper torso.

Paramedics rushed him to a local hospital, where he died at about 3 a.m. Saturday.

No arrests have been made, and anyone with information that can help the ongoing investigation is asked to call Santa Ana police detectives at 714.245.8390. Rewards are reportedly being offered.

UPDATE, JUNE 24, 1:25 P.M.: Police say four people were taken into custody for the fatal stabbing of the 14-year-old boy after search warrants were served in Santa Ana Sunday.

The arrested were identified as Armand Carachure, Fernando Cuevas, Luis Gaytan and a juvenile who was not named because of his age.

Homicide charges are pending, according to police.
