It's time again for the annual Ragga Muffins Festival to take over Long Beach--and this year, the festival is dedicated to Bob Marley, who passed nearly 30 years ago (yes, it has been that long since the music legend left us). But this is no time for mourning! The Ragga Muffins Festival is a two-day reggae extravaganza featuring some of the finest musicians Jamaica has to offer. Find out how to win a pair of tickets to the second day on Sunday, Feb. 20 after the jump.

Sunday's roster boasts joints by Israel Vibration, Gentleman, I-Octane and Marcia Griffiths. Plus, with dozens of vendors selling wares and globally inspired munchies--at least four Jamaican eateries alone--the air is sure to be thick with good vibes and music all weekend long. (Erin Dewitt)

Tell us the greatest living reggae musician and why. Please include your full name and e-mail address in the comments.
