Trent Reznor Snags Golden Globe Nomination for 'Social Network' OST

Seems like Trent Reznor is already prepared to go Hollywood, way before his sci fi cable TV show gets airtime. According to Billboard, Reznor and collaborator Atticus Ross were nominated for Best Original Score at the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards for The Social Network soundtrack. The ceremony will be held on January 16.

Who is Reznor up against? A. R. Rahman (127 Hours), Alexandre Desplat (The King's Speech), Danny Elfman (Alice in Wonderland), and Hans Zimmer (Inception).

The Social Network was nominated for six Globes in all, including Best Motion Picture - Drama.

(Speaking of Reznor, we wonder if he's bringing his baby with wife Mariqueen--who was supposed to be born in October--on the red carpet. Where are all the papparazzi photos when you actually want to see them?)
