Matt Oliver / OC Weekly
Ah, pool party season. Now that the outdoor events orbiting Coachella and EDC have whetted our appetite for summer, we're finally ready to shed our clothes once more and embrace the chic, sun-drenched pockets of bacchanal offered in OC, LA and, yes, Palm Springs. Having said that, what would you say about mobbing out to a desert party that thrives on all three of those locations combined? Enter: Splash House.
This new event, announced by mega party promoter LED, joins forces with Private Label and OC's Pacific Festival to take over three major hotels in Palm Springs, is set to take over three posh hotels for a pool party/live music weekend Aug. 10-11.
Spread out across The Seguaro, Curve, and Clientele Tropic hotels, the lineup for the weekend includes a stable of DJs and electro pop artists like Neon Indian,Eat Everything, Justin Jay, Bag Raiders, Juan MacLean, Poolside, Miami Horror, Plastic Plates, Viceroy and others. Tickets start at $99 for the weekend, and the hotels will offer a shuttle to whisk guests safely between all three parties. Just remember: three-times the pool party means three times the sunscreen.
