Get ready: Snoop Dogg is the official festival headliner of Steve Aoki's second
annual Pacific Festival: OC, to be held August 13 (from 10 a.m. to midnight). Last year it was at Trafalgar Square venues; this year, like Lightning in a Bottle, it upgrades to Oak Canyon Ranch
near Irvine Lake in Silverado.
