Lady Gaga premiered a ballad at her St. Paul, Minn. concert last night. Called “Living on the Radio,” it's reminiscent of the piano-pop staples Gaga wrote as Stefani Germanotta. It's definitely not the new “Pokerface.” Lady Gaga told last night's crowd that there are no plans to release the song in an album…yet. Watch it after the jump.
