Photojojo's photoreal pouch project is great on a lot of levels. It takes your photography talents and applies them in a fun new way, it's quick and easy to make, and anyone can do it. In a nutshell, you take a photo of the front and back of something, and lay the pictures out in Photoshop or other photo-editing software so the bottom edges touch. Print that file out on 8.5-inch-by-11-inch canvas paper (available at your local art or craft store--I like Art Supply Warehouse in Westminster), cut it out, fold it in half, and you're almost done.
