Chimay--everyone's favorite beer brewed in a Belgian monastery and served exclusively in branded goblets--has been missing from the Crosby in Santa Ana as of late. But, much like Manny Ramirez or denim jackets, it's ready for a comeback, and will be back at the downtown Santa Ana restaurant/bar/dance party as of tonight. Don't act like you're not psyched! That's some tasty stuff.
