OC-based Avenged Sevenfold and A Perfect Circle (with OC's own Josh Freese on drums)  will be headlining the hard-rock music fest Rock On the Range. The fifth-annual celebration will be held on May 21 and 22 at the Columbus Crew Stadium in Ohio. It opens early Friday evening with a pre-anniversary festival featuring Steel Panther and Led Zeppelin ... oh, cover bands.

If you save up some extra cash, you should take a flight out to see the acts. The event will be A Perfect Circle's first performance of this year. Disturbed, Korn, Stone Sour, Staind, Black Label Society, Danzig, Hollywood Undead, Korn, Bullet for My Valentine, AlternBridge and more will also perform.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 12, after a pre-sale that runs Feb. 9-11. The two-day passes are $99.50. You can find all the information on the event here.
