OC-based Avenged Sevenfold and A Perfect Circle (with OC's own Josh Freese on drums) will be headlining the hard-rock music fest Rock On the Range. The fifth-annual celebration will be held on May 21 and 22 at the Columbus Crew Stadium in Ohio. It opens early Friday evening with a pre-anniversary festival featuring Steel Panther and Led Zeppelin … oh, cover bands.

If you save up some extra cash, you should take a flight out to see the acts. The event will be A Perfect Circle's first performance of this year. Disturbed, Korn, Stone Sour, Staind, Black Label Society, Danzig, Hollywood Undead, Korn, Bullet for My Valentine, AlternBridge and more will also perform.
