If you come to Wok Coco, you are one of two kinds of people: Either you live or work in the neighborhood and decided you want some steam-table Chinese food to go, or you are Indonesian. If you are the former, you are probably not reading this--the Chinese food will taste like any other Panda Express clone. If you are Indonesian, you know that the family that owns this hole-in-the-wall has a secret Indo menu. They'll do a gado-gado, the Indonesian boiled salad dressed with peanut sauce, by request. Their specialty of the house is the Soto Makasar, a coriander-scented spiced-up soup with bits of tripe and boiled beef that you douse over white rice and eat with plenty of chilies.
