You need to only order one bowl of Twisted Noodle's boat noodle if you intend to feed two people. There's enough of that dark as coffee broth to drown a baby; enough of the soft rice noodles to tangle up a school of fish; and enough soft-simmered meat to satisfy a hungry bear. And of course you can have it as spicy as you like. Even the mild level will have your lips buzzing. This soup exhibits all the flavors Thais want in a dish--sweet, spicy, sour, bitter--and it's what you want too. These are flavors also present in their crunchy papaya salad and their fried tofu appetizer, which resembles chicken nuggets...until you take a bite and decide that it's much better.
