The Glo Room is a bar in Anaheim. It's manned by Kay, an irascible bartender who delights the young-ish crowd and regulars. She's petite, even in her high-wedge shoes, with a Carol Brady haircut that's bleached on top and has patches of black underneath--she used to be a hairdresser 30 years ago before beginning to work here. No fancy cocktails here; instead, expect cheap beers, cheaper cocktails, and a lot of lighting advertising different beers. One of the last vestiges of working-class white Anaheim, although the crowd is now multicultural and wonderful.
