The woman who owns and operates this place is the warmest, nicest, kindest food court purveyor you'll ever meet. You won't see her without a smile that dimples her cheeks. The food, is workaday grub, nothing but the essential fodder that you would expect would go into a Japanese bento box served in a lunchtime food court. That's not to say it's not great. The California rolls are turgid things, fattened with plenty of diced and mayo-dressed imitation crab meat. The salmon bento has a thin sheet of the fish seared with actual grill marks and comes with three crispy gyozas, a nice salad, and those wonderful California rolls.
