Roy Yamaguchi's Anaheim ode to his home state isn't so much a Hawaiian restaurant as it is an Asian-leaning Chili's. That is to say the food tastes corporate, even though the menu differs from the others in the Roy's chain. This isn't necessarily bad, since you could do a lot worse at the Anaheim Resort District. Our advice: stay away from the sushi. Stick to everything else. Just know that the souffle is actually closer to the same molten chocolate cake you may have had at a chain restaurant than an actual, made-from-scratch souffle and you'll be fine.
