The bros who own and operate this new sandwich shop will insist you try their
POW sauce on everything. They're intensely proud if it and rightly so. It's like a
garlic aioli crossed with garlic butter, a weirdly stinky, rich concoction that will
make your giant overstuffed sandwich juicy and messy beyond belief, but also
addicting down to the last inch. You should've also opted for their signature Dutch
bread, or whatever they call it. It's the one with the craggly, brown mottled crust
that looks like scabs have formed on top of the loaf.
