Mas' Islamic Chinese is a Chinese restaurant in Anaheim. A gem of a place in industrial north Anaheim best known for da bing (pan-cooked sesame bread) and dao xiao mian (knife-cut noodles). Adventurous eaters should order lamb with preserved cabbage for a truly Western Chinese taste.
