Eleven46 is a Vietnamese restaurant in Foothill Ranch. The spicy pork is grilled to a ruddy, charred-edge sweetness over hot grates. The chicken roti is an actual half-chicken roasted to a mahogany sheen, best eaten with your fingers so you can pry out all the well-cooked, deeply flavored, soft, juicy meat that practically falls away from the bones. The lemongrass beef will be skewered on sticks, the herb-perfumed thin ribbons of meat looking like kebabs resting on the brim of a bowl of bun noodles. But the Dunk and Dip Tri Tip Sandwich is by far the best thing on the menu.
