quesadilla is a cheesy delight with perfectly seasoned meat, and the taco
dorado is an exemplar of its kind. For the adventurous, go for the tacos
with lengua (tongue) or pork cheeks, and cap off the meal with a order of
sweet flan. Beware: the fresh salsa is scrumptious, but deceptively spicy.
